Lucaya Village Resort Policies

HOLIDAY VILLAS POLICIES
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is AFTER 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM.
- What is your cancellation policy?
* $150 deposit required to guarantee reservation
* Balance of reservation will be due 14 days prior to arrival
* 50% refund for cancellations/changes made 4-7 days before arrival
* No refund for cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours before arrival
* No refunds for early departure.
- What about other policies?
* The minimum age requirement to rent a villa is 25 years of age. Each villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
* If balance is paid via check, payment must be received at least 14 days prior to check-in date.
* One-time departure cleaning fee of $75.00 for a 2 or 3 bedroom or $85 for the 4 bedroom per stay.
* Maximum Occupancy: Two Bedroom-6; Three Bedroom-8; Four Bedroom-10 ( You could be subject to fines if you exceed the maximum occupancy).
* No pets, RV vehicles, commercial vehicles or boats.
